Final step in the assertion verb building process, creates a new Expect based on the so far specified options.

T - the type of the subject.

assertionVerb	`abstract val assertionVerb: Translatable` The previously defined assertion verb.
maybeSubject	`abstract val maybeSubject: Option<T>` The previously specified subject of the assertion.
options	`abstract val options: ExpectOptions<T>?` Either the previously specified ExpectOptions or `null`.

Creates a new Expect based on the previously defined maybeOptions.
