Makes the assertion that the Assert.subject is either null if assertionCreatorOrNull is null or is not null and holds all assertions assertionCreatorOrNull might create.

It is a shortcut for

if(nullOrExpected == null) ist(null)
else istNichtNull(assertionCreatorOrNull)

AssertionError - Might throw an AssertionError if the assertion made is not correct.
